This reducer does not have any kind of belt, avoiding this way the typical breakdowns of the belts. -The drum tumbling is carried out by means of a slanted worm-type reducer, what favors a comfortable position of the worker, needing a minimum effort and allowing him to give the drum an exact and precise inclination. - Top quality steel gears. -A-brand bearings (SKF, FAG, INA) guarantee a long-life of the mechanisms. -The big thickness of the drum plate enables the mixing shovels to be welded to the drum and not screwed, as in the case of the drums made of thin plate which do not enable welding. -It has two structural profile supports to transport it with a lift truck.. -Electrical engine 1 HP 230V. or 400V. 50 Hz. with protection IP-55. -On-off switch outside the engine cab with low tension coil that avoids, if the croncrete mixer stops working due to a power cut, the machine to restart suddenly, observing this way the EC rules.
