Passivhaus Brickseal is a cream-based, breathable masonry water repellent formulated to penetrate deeply into brick, sandstone, concrete paving and mortar to form an invisible barrier against driving rain while maintaining vapour permeability. It cures within the substrate to provide long-term weather protection without altering the masonry appearance. By keeping masonry dry, Brickseal contributes to improved thermal performance and helps prevent damp-related deterioration in new-build, retrofit and heritage projects.
