Short description
Plastic grease separators of the INZA ISGPV series are vertical, underground HDPE units designed to separate and retain vegetable and animal fats and oils from commercial and industrial kitchen wastewater. Compact and lightweight, they simplify installation in renovations or extensions without major civil works.

Standard and conformity
INZA ISGPV grease and oil separators are manufactured according to UNE-EN 1825-1 and carry CE marking. Maintenance recommendations follow EN1825-2.

Operation
Separation relies on density differences: coarse solids settle to the bottom while fats and oils float to the surface. Expected purification performance (subject to correct sizing and maintenance): fats and oils < 40%; suspended solids < 90%.

Installation
Place the unit on a horizontal base, fill with water before commissioning and after each emptying. Designed for vertical underground installation with inspectable access. Inlet/outlet diameters depend on model.

Maintenance
Emptying and cleaning must follow EN1825-2 frequency recommendations: at least once per month, preferably every 15 days, depending on use.
