Exterior plaster, 12 mm plaster depth, 50x50 mm wings, 8,5 mm visible round edge. G1071 provides true and straight arris. It prevents chipping and cracking to vulnerable corners. Perforated wings to avoid cracking. PVCu extruded nosing to protect the edge/arris of the bead during application. Do not plaster over the PVCu nose! Exterior rendering, sand-cement plastering, and in conditions with high moisture and dampness. (houses in wooded areas, bathrooms, etc.) Not suitable for exposed coastal locations or corrosive environments. Suitable for lime or cement-based renders, scratch renders, pasty finishing coats. Manufactured with DX51D+Z galvanised steel strips with zinc coating of 275 g/m² on both sides in accordance with EN 10346 and protective PVCu nose. PVC nose adds protection and a maintenance-free finish. Should be mechanically fixed with stainless clout nails or with cement-based mortar, no plaster. PVC nose must not be plastered over and must be cleaned off immediately after plastering. Take off nails eventually used for fixing of the profiles before plastering. Cut with hand plate shears across the wings and a fine-toothed saw across bead noses.
