The structure of the GRASS litter bin is made of 20/10 thick steel sheet, the lid is made of 30/10 steel sheet. The lid is fixed to the bin by a solid three-wings hinge, Thickness 30/10; its lock is secured by the spring lock with self-centering triangular key thanks to the appropriate fork. On the body there are laser cut incisions of different sizes depicting grass blades. On the upper part, to strengthen the body, there is a pressed fold h 15 mm. Inside there is a container made of 6/10thick zinc-coated polyester powder coated steel with 2 slotted holes that serve as handles. It has an elastic band, diam. 10 mm, to waste bag fastening. All the steel parts are then cold galvanized and polyester powder coated. Ground fixing is with appropriate M8 bolts (not supplied). Optional: ashtray, made of steel sheet then cold galvanized and polyester powder coated. There is a welded perforated net (5-mm holes) for cigarette extinguishing.
