Every Jan Kath carpet can be individually designed in terms of size, format, and materials. Even the collections can be combined with each other using a kind of modular system.
The original basic pattern that inspired this collection comes from north-west Persia.
Jan Kath has reinterpreted the floral design of the classic BIDJAR: during a soccer match, he traced the path of the ball on the screen with a digital pen. He then took the confusion of lines resulting from the passes and shots on goal and combined them with the BIDJAR pattern.
