Description

Every Jan Kath carpet can be individually designed in terms of size, format, and materials. Even the collections can be combined with each other using a kind of modular system. These carpets invite you to lie down and take a nap. The nomadic tribes in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco have been producing these naturally white, fluffy Berber carpets for centuries. The carpets insulated the dwellings against the cold and made them homely. Jan Kath revives this ancient knotting tradition in LE MAROC BLANC.
