Application
Interior: for floor coatings in private, commercial and industrial environments (e.g. garage floors, hobby rooms, basements, warehouses). Exterior (limited): stairs, ramps, carports and small outdoor areas subject to limited weather exposure.

Product properties

• Low odour (water‑emulsified formula).
• Very hard‑wearing; resistant to forklift and light industrial traffic.
• Resistant to petrol, engine oil and road salt.
• Improves industrial floor resistance to mechanical stress.
• Prevents ingress of oils, greases and other contaminants into the substrate.
• Reduces dust generation from abrasion.
• No softening under thermal stress.
• Easy to clean and maintain.
• Enhances appearance and colour of the floor.
• Chemical cross‑linking increases resistance to certain tyre components.
• Slip resistance class 11 can be achieved by adding Additive R (see Technical Manual).

Limitations
Not suitable for traffic routes used by conventional pallet trucks with steel rollers (intensive point loads). For such applications use specially formulated reaction‑resin systems or coatings designed to relieve adhesion zones and resist mechanical “kneading”. Epoxy coatings may chalk and show slight colour change in prolonged exterior exposure.

Binder base
Water‑emulsified 2‑component epoxy resin (contains no organic solvents).

Degree of gloss
Satin‑gloss.

Drying
At +20 °C, light mechanical stress permitted after 1–2 days. Surface reaches full resistance after 7 days.

Spreading rate
Approx. 4.5–5.5 m²/kg per coat (≈180–220 g/m²). Exceeding recommended consumption may affect curing and cause gloss differences.

Type of application
Apply by brush or roller. Use plastic/synthetic brushes and short‑pile rollers.

Shade
Standard shades: Pebble grey RAL 7032; Stone grey RAL 7030; White; MIX. For colours produced with the Jansen mixing system, partial withdrawals are not possible (adding paste increases base mass and reduces available hardener for a second partial mix). Note: transparent base cannot be used as a transparent topcoat.
