Overview
Low-solvent, aromatic-free, single-component high-solid paint formulated for road marking applications with quick-drying and high coverage characteristics.

Application
The Road Marking HB is intended for lines and symbols (VZ) in outdoor areas exposed to high traffic and mechanical stress.

Suitable substrates

• Bituminous substrates (mastic asphalt, asphalt concrete) *
• Concrete and cement-bound substrates
• Interlocking paving stones

Drying
(23°C, 60% relative humidity) Loadable after approx. 30 minutes. Drying time depends on wet film thickness, temperature, humidity and the material and surface temperature. Only open roadways to traffic after the contractor has checked that they are completely dry.

Spreading rate
Actual consumption depends on applied layer thickness, application method and substrate. Refer to the technical data sheet for detailed values.

Type of application

• Roller: use a solvent-compatible roller
• Spraying: use a coarse nozzle (approx. 2.5 mm nozzle opening)

Notes / Restrictions
* Large-scale application on asphalt surfaces is not recommended, as stress-related cracking may occur.
