This is a selection of leather that we recommend to our products. Vintage collection consist of four classic colours made on aniline with some pull-up effect. Labrador is a light-embroidered and translucent leather made of South American skin. The Labrador selection has a nice and soft feel and an elegant look. Each production batch is unique and colour differences may occur.
Cleaning and protection
Leather is a living material that matures beautifully if treated properly. You should therefore consider the following:
Never place leather furniture in direct sunlight or close to a radiator. Vacuum clean leather often with a soft brush and, when necessary, clean exposed surfaces such as armrests and headrests.
Oily stains: Wipe off any excess oil; the stain will gradually fade away.
Water-soluble stains: Dab with lukewarm water and soak up the stain with a clean rag.
Never experiment with strong solvents or chemicals.
Vintage aniline leather should be treated 3-4 times a year to maintain its exquisite quality. For maintenance we recommend Leather protection cream from Leather Master: www.leathermasteruk.com When treated with any type of maintenance product,
the colour of the leather will change somewhat, but this will fade as the furniture is used.
1-2 times/year: Clean exposed surfaces with water with a drop of unscented soap, use a new cloth. Then treat the surfaces with the product as described above. When applying detergent, always test it first on a hidden part of the leather.
Ask for advice in the store from which you purchased the furniture.
