Phosphatizing primer based on polyvinyl-butyral-reactive phenolic resins, in combination with anticorrosive pigments. Recommended for steel or iron surfaces whenever effective protection is required between blasting or descaling and the application of the final paint. Recommended as a primer on metal furniture, sandwich panels, agricultural machinery, garage doors, etc. Quick drying, allowing very short repainting times Allows welding and flame cutting Good adhesion on all types of substrates Repaintable with epoxy and polyurethane coatings Withstands temperatures of up to 200ºC. Application with conventional/airless sprayer. IRON AND STEEL: Steel surfaces must be completely clean. To achieve good protection, abrasive blasting up to Sa 2 ½ grade according to ISO 8501-1 is recommended. ALUMINUM AND GALVANIZED: Eliminate the rust typical of galvanizing by washing with detergents, fresh water and abrasive synthetic fibres. If necessary, sand to smoothen the surface. Stir the paint well until perfectly homogenized.
