Description

The product is ideally suited for the KamadoSpace table. It extends over the worktop and the front angle along its entire length locks the cutting board on the table at the desired location. Made from strips of hardwood arranged side-by-side and grafted together to make a beautiful, thick and even edge-grain construction. The sliding board can be used with all KamadoSpace BBQ table models. The best WHAT YOU CAN GET The sliding board is handcrafted from strips of maple, ash and oak hardwood. The strips are arranged side-by-side and grafted together. Its edge-grain construction ensures uniform thickness and an even cutting surface. Board’s edges are glued in opposite directions to balance the natural moving of the wood. The product is ideally suited for the KamadoSpace table. It extends over the worktop and the front angle along its entire length locks the cutting board on the table at the desired location. Integrated hand grips make lifting, moving and cleaning this large board easy for all users. The cutting board is much more moisture resistant when seasoned with a good amount of mineral oil to the entire surface (top and bottom) of the board. Oiling a cutting board helps to avoid drying out and warping but does not completely prevent natural wood move. Therefore it is recommended to store the cutting board indoors when not using it. The adhesives used are certified for direct food contact item production. Impregnated with SKYDD White mineral oil, approved for use on surfaces where food is prepared. Hand made SLIDING / CHOPPING Please note that each and every KamadoSpace Edge Grain Sliding Board is handcrafted and therefore has a unique appearance.
