Elastic, wet-pour, polyurethane, safety flooring ideal for schoolyards, playground floorings and also for volleyball, handball, basketball, football courts and multipurpose courts. Consists of a mixture of RECYCLED RUBBER 858 with PU BINDER 1118, which can be applied in thickness from 6mm up to 20 mm as first layer(shockpad layer) and then a mixture of EPDM 856 in granulometry of 1mm up to 3mm (83% by weight) with PU BINDER 1118 (17% by weight) applied by paving machine or by trowel with the parallel use of a cylinder (10kg) in thickness from 6 mm up to 15 mm. It can create many designs and patterns by the use of different colors of EPDM 856. It is applied in total thickness from 12 mm up to 30 mm, only over cured asphalt surfaces and waterproofed power-troweled smooth concrete surfaces without rising humidity issues. Consumption kg/sq.m.
