Electromechanical irreversible gear motor for spring or counterweight overhead doors up to 9 sqm, 24 Vdc and 230 Vac 230 Vac motor, with pre-installed opening and closing limit switch 24 Vdc motor with encoder. External release for an easy manual unlock from outside. With slowdown, soft start and soft stop granting doors integrity. Compatible with new 230Vac control unit CT102. Compatible with new 24Vdc control unit CT102 24.
