OverviewMinimal and contemporary, TWINS reflects the attention to detail at the core of Key Cucine's production approach, combining precise design choices with a focus on production innovation and material selection.
ConceptThe composition is defined by two large, central islands that are parallel and identical in size. The islands separate the kitchen's primary functions into an area dedicated to water use and an area dedicated to cooking. The cooking area includes an integrated seating portion to facilitate direct interaction between the cook and the diners.
Edition presentedAt the Salone del Mobile Milano 2022 a new configuration of TWINS was presented. Designed for an extended, minimal environment, this version features a light, luminous color scheme and an island top in Gres with a Nero Marquinia finish.
Material & FinishThe island ends with a terminal portion in fossil oak. This choice, by Nevio Tellatin, serves two functions: to emphasise the different operational zones and to create a visual continuity with the living area. At the end of the counter two armchairs and a scenographic fireplace define a relaxation corner with a view of the lake.
Model adaptabilityThe new TWINS demonstrates Key Cucine's capability to adapt catalogue models into new compositions, maximising the kitchen area and integrating kitchen and living space into a single, uninterrupted environment.

The unique detailA notable technical and aesthetic feature of TWINS is the system formed between the doors and the island top: the doors open from above and overlap the top; when closed the elements align precisely, giving the islands a compact, unified appearance.
MaterialsTWINS: Quarzite Tiffany; thermo‑treated oak; powder‑coated aluminium.
NEW TWINS: Gres with Nero Marquinia finish; fossil oak.
