Overview The Neo Plus Skylight Dome is a thermally optimised polycarbonate skylight designed to introduce high levels of daylight into flat-roof buildings while meeting enhanced thermal performance requirements. Suitable for new build and refurbishment projects, the product can be specified with an opening base for daily ventilation, smoke extraction and heat exhaust functions.

Applications & Performance Neo Plus Skylight Domes are suitable for flat roofs with pitches up to 25°. They are commonly specified for industrial and office buildings where thermal performance and controlled daylighting are required, but the product is adaptable to a wide range of projects.

Ventilation & Operation The unit can be supplied with an electrically or pneumatically opening base to provide daily ventilation and/or smoke and heat exhaust functionality, selectable at specification stage.
