You can throw anything you like onto this grill. Classic BBQ, Teppanyaki, or fire-wood. All you have to do is move the cooking grate and griddle from SLIDE into the correct position. Over each other, alongside each other. Above the fire, close to, or alongside the fire. There's a twist - a small hook can be used to rearrange the grate and griddle. After grilling, simply place the two attachments in the dishwasher. They can then be placed comfortably back on the fire-pit.
