The filtration ceiling is an air diffusion component for high-efficiency one-way airflow filtration, in compliance with all applicable hospital regulations. The KTF filtration ceiling adapts to operational risk blocks 3 and 4 as per S90-351. Complies with ISO 5 class for ambient air quality in operating theaters, as per EN-ISO-14644-1 and leak tests as per ISO 14644-3.
Finished
Galvanised sheet steel plenum with white epoxy
paint RAL 9010. Available in stainless steel AISI-304.
Manufactured in a range of sizes. Equipped with a
pressure measuring device. The supply grille is made
from perforated sheet steel with a free flow area
of 50%. Standard sizes include H13 or H14 high
efficiency particulate air filters.
Other models
KTF-DIF. For supplying sterile, particle-free air in
a vertical descending laminar flow (unidirectional).
Differentiating different supply velocities in order
to minimise and combat the negative effects of
turbulence caused by surgical lamps. This sterile,
particle-free flow of stabilised air protects the patient,
medical equipment and the surgical instrument table,
or the test or work area in the case of clean rooms.
Incorporates high-efficiency particulate air filters
H13, H14, U15 or U16.
KTF-SL. Filtration ceiling with no central core to
integrate lamp with a higher filtering capacity.
Accessories
KOOLED. Filter clogging control device with
KOOLED indicator. Indicates the level of fouling
of the filter by measuring the pressure difference
across the filter unit (H13, H14, U15, U16). Standard
downstream filter clogging pressure of 600 Pa; other
downstream pressures configurable on request.
