Description

Gaston III also called Gaston Febus was born in Orthez on April 30th 1331 and died in August 1st 1391 at the Orion Hospital. He was titled Count of Foix, Viscount of Bearn and feudal Lord of the regions of Gascogne and Languedoc. He was ambitious and took advantage of the conflicts between French and English monarchies to claim the independence of Bearn where his court was settled. The Febus collection in solid oak wood brings out the country side life in South West of France with strong, sober and soft tones lines.
