Description

Outer high barrier FR film laminated to proprietary non-woven substrate of viscose rayon to create a chemical barrier fabric with FR properties. Combines Flame Retardency to EN 14116 (Index 3) with Type 3 & 4 chemical protection. Fabric will not ignite or burn: chars at temperature lower than its ignition point. Index 3 of EN 14116 - the same vertical flammability requirements as an EN 11612 FR coverall - Pyrolon® CBFR will provide some protection against flames and heat Coverall with elasticated hood,cuffs,waist and attached socks. Soft and flexible fabric yet tough and durable Single zip front fastening with double storm flap secured with hook and loop. If uncontaminated and undamaged it can be used multiple times Features: Attached hood, Tape sealed seams, Attached sock boots with boot flaps, Double storm flap with hook and loop closure, "Super B“ pattern, Elastic face and wrists Physical properties data is based on standard tests required by CE certification designed to allow easy comparison of the strength, durability and robustness of different garments. Permeation test data relates to "Normalised Breakthrough" which measures the time for permeation rate to reach a specific speed (In CE EN 6529 testing, 1.0µg/min/cm2 and in US ASTM F739 testing, 0.1µg/min/cm2).
