Modena is a contemporary railing fence with a stylish appearance for boundary applications, developed in collaboration with one of Italy’s leading designers. The fence panels are made to a modular format from two or three pairs of mild steel horizontal flat bars, depending on height, which are electrofused to vertical pales. Panels and posts are made with two alternative types of fixing; the most appropriate is determined by fence height and site conditions. Modena fences up to 2000mm have 12mm solid bar pales which are attractively domed at top and bottom and 25×6 mm horizontal rails. Standard Panel Heights: 1000, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2000mm Post Centres: 2000mm Modena-XL has been designed as a complementary, taller fence with 20mm dia CHS vertical pales and 40x6mm horizontal rails Standard Panel Heights: 2400, 2700, 3000mm Post Centres: 2500mm Swing-hinged single or double leaf, bi-folding, pivot and sliding gates are made with Modena infill panels. Panels and posts are supplied galvanized and powder coated in a matt mica grey for a gun-metal finish as standard: IGP-Dura 581 ME71385 A10. Alternatively any RAL colour can be chosen. Railing fences are supplied in accordance with BS 1722-9.
