Overview
LG air cooled screw chillers deliver efficient, reliable cooling for commercial and industrial buildings, with scalable capacities approximately from 110 to 500 tons per unit and configuration flexibility to match a range of real-world loads. Optional integrated free cooling capability supports mechanical, hybrid, or full free cooling operation based on outdoor conditions and system configuration to help reduce compressor run time when conditions permit. Advanced components such as a falling film evaporator, microchannel condenser options, and PM motor inverter screw compressors support stable performance and strong part-load efficiency. For service and long-term value, multi compressor and multi circuit architectures, oil reclaim, restart and recovery features, and testing conducted at an AHRI certified test facility help support uptime and confidence.
