The patented KALAMÌ stove protection is the innovative screen against burns and scalds designed and manufactured by LIMAC Design®. KALAMÌ is suitable for all those who have a stove or fireplace with the edge made of iron (so that the magnets can attach) but rather thin, and want to anchor the protection with more safety. The KALAMÌ protection against burns is in fact equipped with: – Nr. 4 powerful magnets to be fixed on the edge of the stove or fireplace door; – Nr. 2 STAKA model brackets to complete the fixing of the protection to the stove. This device protects children and animals from direct contact against the glass of the stove or fireplace, which usually reaches and exceeds a temperature of 350 °: our protection lowers the temperature by 80%, significantly limiting the risk of annoying and painful sunburn. Our child protection product is made of black painted steel and acts as a double “heat-catching” screen, which can be removed as needed.
