DESIGN INSPIRATION For his series of ‘Log’ tables, Roderick Vos found inspiration in the growth rings of trees. Whenever we see a mightly oak felled, its rings tell a story of times past, of rainy seasons and dry seasons, of natural wealth and poverty— they tell a story that spans generations. By using CNC milling, Roderick has enhanced the powerful nature of those stories, which are ‘illustrated’ by the wood’s characteristic variations in colour. SPECIFICATIONS Top: Solid oak with CNC milled rings. Frame: Powder-coated steel (dark brown, textured). OPTIONS Finish: White-washed or anthracite (both with a pigmented oil) or smoked oak (treated with linseed oil). MAINTENANCE All LINTELOO furniture has been made with lots of love and care. Keep this to a minimum by using coasters, by not putting wooden furniture too close to a heat source, and by keeping your home at a 50-60% humidity level. Oil-treated woods benefit from regular nourishment. Varnished or painted woods can simply be wiped down with a damp cloth.
