HOME FLAT HEATING SYSTEM LOEX home Flat stands out for its simplicity and fast laying characteristics. The system comes in two different hose diameter sizes (PE-RT 16x2 mm and PE-RT 20x2 mm) to optimise laying for circuits of different lengths. LOEX home Flat uses flat insulating panels (folded) that are available in different highly insulating materials: expanded polystyrene, extruded expanded polystyrene and there is also a thermoacoustic version where the acoustic and thermal insulation are combined to reduce both the thickness and the cost of the insulation. The hose is held in place by the tacker system which ensures both stability and rapid installation. This goes perfectly hand in hand with the energy savings that come from the low operating temperatures used and the low installation costs - real value for money. The LOEX home Flat system is guaranteed in terms of materials, thermal output (winter and summer) and documentation by its certification in compliance with UNI EN 1264 standards issued by DIN CERTCO. LAYING SYSTEM The laying system is facilitated by the use of a combination of specifically designed elements which make installation simple, fast and safe. The lines drawn on the LOEX Flat insulation film show the layout for laying the hose in coils with distances between them of 10, 15, 20 and 30 cm in line with the thermal output for individual environments determined by the heating engineer.
