The Remote Allocation System (RAS) is lock management software that enables you to remotely manage access to all of your locks without the need to be on site. The software gives you web controlled access for locks that are not internet connected, so all that’s required to unlock a compartment is a simple code generated on our secure website. Remote management Remote management is via a simple web-based system which can be accessed from any location on any device. Once online, you can see at a glance which locks are free and ready to be allocated to new users. The rental period can be set for an individual user, or group of users, and locks can even be set to unlock automatically. The same system can manage multiple sites, simply and conveniently, all from one place. How it works Using the Remote Allocation System (RAS) lock management software, new user codes are generated online. When the user enters it into their lock it immediately replaces the old code. This ensures safe and secure access for new users without an administrator needing to be present. 1 On ordering the smart locks, a customer account is set up with a unique log-on to the RAS lock management website 2 The smart locks are registered on the RAS website by the teams at L&F 3 Use the website to generate a new code each time a new user wants access 4 The current code works until the next code is entered Ideal applications This system is ideal for applications such as locker rental and personal storage as the system manager has the ability to assign a new code to a single lock, or all of the locks at once, from any location.
