Featuring a low-maintenance, galvanized, rustresistant frame, this strong, versatile design easily accommodates local structural building codes and climatic conditions throughout the country. Strength is designed in. Trusses attach directly to square tube columns, with all members converging at a single point atop the column-the strongest design possible. Trusses and connectors are factory-assembled and welded, ensuring consistent quality. Wide enough to walk through, the gutters are fabricated from high strength galvanized steel, and are buttspliced and sealed to guarantee tight joints. Each structural component is selected and sized especially for your house, the loads you expect and the conditions you need. And unlike most other manufactures, we scrutinize the entire design using the latest computerized structural member analysis, and obtain the approval of independent engineers to ensure the integrity of your house. Strength doesn't mean you sacrifice flexibility. Available with 8-, 10- or 12-foot sidewalls (even higher if necessary), the house is available in four different widths. We're happy to build one house or ten, and when you need more space, the Patriot II easily expands from either side or either end. When you choose a Patriot II, we build the house to meet your requirements-but you don't pay for more house than you really need.
