The RMA dry mortar plant of m-tec is always in demand when installation height is limited. RMA from m-tec is characterized by its modest dimensions and foundation requirements. Usually, RMA is used to produce mass products where there are a few changes with an output of 5 – 50 t/h. if requested RMA can also be upgraded in order to reach maximum output up to 100 t/h. The conceptual layout of the horizontal design enables simple and speedy expansion, if necessary. In conjunction with the mechanical components individually programmed PLC controllers from m-tec guarantee maximum system accuracy. Further, the well-proved FAD system can be easily integrated to automate additive dosing and weighing. All m-tec mixer series MS with tube discharger, ME with single door discharger and MR with double door discharger can be used on an optional basis. Also, RMA is suitable for difficult terrain because of the low level of compression strength required.
