The project “Office+Retrofit” aims to study all the adjustment’s processes in terms of standards, aesthetic and functionality in order to give a second life to that heritage, avoiding the purchase of new furniture and the costs of disposal or storage of used items. Manerba SpA offers to the customers (either public or private) the opportunity to participate to the experimental stage for this project’s development. Manerba SpA together with Polytechnic of Milan have started a laboratory of disassembling and retrofit based in Gazzuolo where dedicated people are studying strategies and prototypes to give new functions to the office furniture.
