The one-way corridor is a sophisticated direction-detection system specifically designed as a safety device. This system comprises two airlock system doors with automatic opening in the direction of flow, without disturbing the movement of the users.
•Allows the flow of people in one direction, normally from security areas to other less-critical areas.
•It features alarms that are triggered whenever anyone attempts to use them in the opposite direction, and a device that automatically closes and locks. This will only become unlocked when the corridor is completely empty.
•It warns if someone (or any object) remains inside the corridor for longer than the configured time.
•In this case, an alarm sounds and the entrance door remains closed until the object or pedestrian leaves by the exit door.
•The one-way corridor can be connected to any local or remote external control or supervision system, thanks to its many different possibilities for communication and accessory integration, such as intercom, video-surveillance and counting system, and LED display.
