Product description
Two-component epoxy coating in water dispersion with a gloss finish to form smooth resin films. Specifically developed for coating walls and ceilings in cleanrooms and production areas requiring low particle emission and controlled VOCs. MAPECOAT I 62 W is supplied as a ready kit (component A + B).

Key technical data

• Consistency of mix: thick liquid.
• Finish: gloss.
• Colour: RAL colours, full range available.
• Application: two coats with a short-pile roller or by airless spray.
• Consumption: coating film approx. 0.20–0.25 kg/m² per coat.

Storage and packaging

• Storage: 24 months in original packaging in a dry place at a temperature of at least +10°C.
• Packaging: 11 kg kits (A + B); component A = 2.5 kg, component B = 8.5 kg.
