The main characteristic of this formwork is the low weight of panels: 36 Kg for panel 1200x900, being 33 Kg per each square meter. As a consequence, neither crane nor auxiliary machinery is needed to elevate this system. It is formed by a steel and 12 mm thick plywood covered by a phenolic finishing. The resistance against concrete presure is 40 kN/m2. Panels can be placed horizontal or verticaly and it makes possible a wide range of combinations. This formwork line can be used to assembly walls and columns as well. The junction between panels is realized with joint fittings which are tightened to panels with a hammer hit. As accessories, internal - external corners allow creating the 90º angles. Stiffening girders are used to reinforce the junction between panels. Tie rods dim 17 and fixed plate nuts serve to support the pressure of concrete.
