It is incredibly quick and easy to install because the units are mechanically fixed so there is no need for mortar, and it provides continuous 5mm ventilation along the ridge. It can be used with all of Marley's tiles and slates as well as products from other manufacturers. Why use the RidgeFast dry ridge system? The universal RidgeFast dry ridge system is a dry fixed system that can be used with standard ridge tiles, and it comes with bespoke batten brackets so it can be anchored to the structure. The hydrophobic membrane gives it excellent weather resistance, and the elastomeric membranes prevent rucking and make installation easy. It also comes with the highest-grade aluminium flashing, and it meets both BS 5534 and BS 8612 requirements and NHBC guidelines. Where to use Universal RidgeFast The universal RidgeFast dry ridge system is suitable for pitches that are between 12.5° and 60°.
