Description
Lauro, designed by P. Aragay and J. Pérez Mateo (original release 1973, reissued 2026), is presented here in its wall lamp version. The design references the 1970s construction technique with a bent steel base and stem, and features a methacrylate shade available in translucent opal (diffuse light) or two-layer black (direct light). The shade is rotatable and its height can be adjusted along the support to direct illumination. The lamp is supplied with an LED source calibrated to emulate the behaviour of a traditional bulb.

Product story
Lauro reflects Marset's design heritage: the original use of bent steel for base and stem is retained as both a historical reference and a contemporary solution. The 2026 reissue preserves the original proportions and mechanical functions while adapting materials and lighting technology for current interiors.
