Master-C roofing panels are designed to enclose all types of roof, especially industrial roofs on industrial premises, prefabricated modules, cold rooms, etc. They are ribbed panels that come in two different types: two ribs or three ribs, according to the load bearing capability required by the structure when in use. They have a sandwich construction made up of two hot-dip galvanized metal sheets that have been pre-painted in various qualities and finishes according to the needs of each project with a core of rigid polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation foam in between. These types of foam have been shown to be the best solution because of their rigidity, lightness, stability and thermal insulating qualities, which are due to their low thermal conductivity. As well as these advantages, we should add that PIR foam shows excellent fire resistance, so that these panels have a Euroclass reaction to fire classification of B-s2, dO.
Because of their design, these panels are self-supporting and are easily put in place and assembled, saving time on the job. They are water resistant, immune to attack from biological agents and resistant to attack from oil, grease, etc.
