Description

Master-F panels are designed to be used for enclosing all types of façade, especially industrial buildings. The rigidity of the foam core and steel casing give them a high resistance/weight relationship and excellent structural and insulating qualities. They are designed to provide good insulation that guarantees optimal energy performance (energy savings) and completely airtight and waterproof walls. They have many advantages over traditional products, such as brick and concrete, as they are easier to assemble, are completely reusable and, above all, offer the best insulating capability on the market. Their design includes a "tongue and groove" interlocking system to connect the panels, which allows the fasteners to be hidden, giving a uniform appearance on all types of surfaces. The Master-F range is available in three finishes: standard, semi-smooth and smooth. Master-F panels have a sandwich construction consisting of two metal surfaces made of hot-dip galvanized sheet steel that are pre-painted with a range of qualities and finishes according to the needs of the project with a core of rigid polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulating foam in between. These types of foam have been shown to be the best solution because of their rigidity, lightness, stability and thermal insulating qualities, which are due to their low thermal conductivity. As well as these advantages, we should add that PIR foam has excellent fire resistance, so that these panels have a Euroclass reaction to fire classification of B-s2, dO.
