Description

Master-Frigo panels are designed to be used for the walls of cold rooms and/or the interior walls of facilities that need to maintain a specific working temperature. They provide highly efficient storage and distribution areas for many sectors, especially the food and agriculture industry. They are also the most suitable panels for building prefabricated structures, such as sheds and prefabricated houses, and for interior walls and false roofs. They are designed to provide good insulation that guarantees optimal energy performance (energy savings) and completely airtight and waterproof walls. Master-Frigo panels have many advantages over traditional products, such as brick and concrete, as they are easier to assemble, are completely reusable and, above all, offer the best insulating capability on the market. Their design includes a "tongue and groove" interlocking system that guarantees their solidity and waterproofing and also acts as an expansion joint. The Master-Frigo range comes in three finishes: standard, semi-smooth and smooth. Master-Frigo panels have a sandwich construction consisting of two metal surfaces made of hot-immersion galvanized sheet steel that are pre-painted with a range of qualities and finishes to suit the needs of every project with a core is composed of rigid polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulating foam in between. These types of foam have been shown to be the best solution because of their rigidity, lightness, stability and thermal insulating qualities, which are due to their low thermal conductivity.
