Description

DOUBLE SLIDING ISOLATION PENDULUM WITH RE-CENTRING (SIP-D) With SIP-D isolators, the calotte moves between two symmetrically, concave bearings plates, which doubles the displacement capability compared to simple Sliding Isolation Pendulums (SIP) with the same diameter. Vice versa, the dimensions of the bearing can be considerably reduced at the same displacement path.
