Description

The idea of the Geoboard collection is inspired by the homonymous technique made famous in the 1950s by the Egyptian mathematician, educator and philosopher Caleb Gattegno. The Geoboard technique, created to give a manual approach to geometries, consists in applying pegs on wooden surfaces and then weaving a small rope between the pegs to form flat geometric shapes. It is precisely by following the same dexterity that the geometric shapes are born and then reported on the tiles of the collection. Creator: Giuseppe Oliva Set of 1 sqm hand painted tiles on semi-gloss Vietri White. This set is made up of 4 50x50cm tiles, thickness is 1,2 cm and weight is 23kg. Customizable colors. Indoors finish on ceramic support. Sortable by Type.
