Originally conceived as a limited edition piece, Equilibrium Console by Guglielmo Poletti stems from a meticulous industrial development process that preserves the purity of the design and its structural research. Defined by extremely slender profiles, the console explores the potential of steel through an essential balance between architecture and visual lightness.
Design and concept
Its construction logic is based on the tensioning of the top, which contributes to the stability of the structure and generates its distinctive curve. Polished brushed steel hardware secures the tensioned cable that connects and balances the base and the top, revealing careful attention to detail. The glossy finish enhances the object's presence within a space, while the colour palette diversifies its visual perception, making it suitable for entrance areas, living spaces and representative settings in both residential and contract environments.
