Overview
The Merrychef eikon® e4s is a high-speed combination oven designed for high-turnover food production in quick-service and catering environments. It cooks a wide range of products — from 14" pizzas to toasted subs — with repeatable results and a throughput up to 15x faster than a conventional oven.
