The Cirkante table by Bob Vanden Berghe, designed in 1976, has been reincarnated by MMooD. Not only because of its iconic character, but also because it ties in beautifully with the concept of extendable designer tables. So, this collaboration with MMooD is a match made in heaven! The table, which you can transform from a square table into an octagonal one in just a few seconds, seats eight people when closed. When all four leaves are extended, you can seat twelve people at the table comfortably. Because every side opens up separately, the table can also be partly opened up. “This is handy when you are working. Imagine you are checking invoices at the table and you want to take a break to eat. Well, simply open two leaves and everything can stay where it is. The Cirkante is also designed so that you are always facing each other, no matter how many of you are at the table.”
