Outdoor training element with three waist training stations made of structure of zinc-plated steel with double layer of powder-coating oven-cured. Central post of steel tube Ø140x3mm. Superior grab bar of round tube Ø32×2,5mm. Connection tubes between central post and rotating platforms of round tube Ø76x3mm. Rotating platforms of Ø325mm. Equipped inside with elastic stoppers to delimit the movement’s amplitude. Element for concrete installation according to EN16630. Perfect for urban gyms at public parks. FUNCTION: Strengthens the abdominal oblique muscles and improves the balance and the mobility of torso and hip. Improves the articular mobility of the vertebral column. USE: Hold with both hand on the grab bar and stand with the feet on one rotating platform. To realise torso rotation, keep in an upright position and turn slowly to one side and then to the other.
