Description

Bongard's BFA intermediate prover is used to slow down and control the proofing of the dough piece. The dough pieces are stored in the retarder-prover at a temperature between 2C and 4C up for up to a maximum of 72 hours. Available in a variety of size formats, the BFA Retarder-Provers feature the simple and efficient Opticom Control Panel. — Available in 1 or 2 door size formats — Simple and efficient Opticom control panel — Accomodates either 18 or 24 trays - model dependant — Fitted with U Rails for use either as a pastry or bakery unit — Anti-tilt trayslides stop shelves from tipping — Barrel locked doors for added security and stock control — Adjustable operating temperature for maximum effectiveness, even in the hottest environments — Designed to operate efficiently up to 43C in ambient environments — Manufactured in hygienic stainless steel — Self closing door to minimise temperature gain, reducing energy consumption — Precision injected, high density 90mm polyurethane insulation provides excellent thermal efficiency - with low GWP and zero ODP — Heat and humidity indicator
