CLEAN ORS rapid doors suitable for installation in oxygen depleted environments. Our rapid ors doors guarantee airtightness and great tightness between rooms with a low concentration of permanent oxygen, compared to normal environmental conditions. Structure: Frame on 4 sides. Folded sheet metal with standard finish painted grey similar to RAL9006. Removable casing for maintenance. Curtain: Antistatic fabric. Standard colours (similar RAL): Grey (7038), Blue (5005). The lower baseboard is made of sheet metal with standard finish painted grey similar to RAL9006. Motorization: Worm geared motor unit external to the structure covered with crankcase. Nominal speed up to 1.25 m/sec. Control unit with external inverter that allows programming the movement of the sheet with acceleration and braking ramps and speed control.
