Each 20x20cm and 18 mm thick tile weighs approximately 1.60 kg, that is, approximately 40 kg/m2, to which must be added the weight of the packaging, pallets and the protection used for transport. Packaged in cardboard boxes containing 10 tiles and weighing 16 kilos. The tiles are separated from each other with a protective sheet of paper or cardboard, and are placed on a reinforced and sealed pallet. Delivery of the merchandise on the street at the entrance of the building, indicate if there is any problem (pedestrian street, difficult access for transportation, etc.). The transfer of boxes to the construction site or to floors is not organized. Does not include unloading/special permits, waiters or extras, costs for not being able to deliver with the truck in which it is loaded (3.5 tons). In case of apparent damage to the pallet, boxes or tiles, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and details of the incident. The delivery times for our hydraulic tiles will be as follows: Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 3 to 5 working days depending on the autonomy to deliver the order. Canary Islands and international 7 to 10 business days depending on the country to deliver the order.
