NIU refers to the concave-shaped bed that birds suspend from trees. A shelter created by intertwined twigs and vegetation.
Taking this natural element as a reference, Santiago Sevillano was inspired to create a unique and iconic piece that fits in with Musola’s fresh style and Mediterranean and colourful philosophy.
Just as birds weave twigs, the stainless steel tube intertwines to form the swing’s light and organic structure, supporting the seat and upholstered backrest with concave shapes that bring comfort and visual lightness.
