Aran washbasin has been designed and developed 100% in our factory in Spain, thanks to our own design and product development team. We have developed unique moulds for our sinks, which allows us to have our own exclusive designs. The washbasin is manufactured according to the CE marking standards, and certified by AIDIMME. MATERIAL – Solid Surface 9 mm Solid Surface acrylic is a Solid Surface material made approximately of two-thirds of aluminum hydroxide, a third of acrylic resin and natural pigments. The composition of the material has the ideal characteristics for use in the bathroom. The aluminium hydroxide gives the product a particular strength. The quality of the acrylic resin ensures cleanliness, antibacterial and suitability for contact with food, water resistance and colour stability over time. Main characteristics: Total waterproofness of the material: It does not absorb and any stains might be only superficial. Hygienic: We can seamlessly join this material, which prevents the absorption of liquids and makes for easy cleaning and maintenance. Non-porous, eligibility for food contact and sanitary Colour stability: Colour stability all over time. Antibacterial: Our Acrylic Solid Surface has obtained the international certificate of Eurofins. Fire resistance: Our Acrylic Solid Surface is certificated by the prestigious Euroclass B S1 D0 on its whole sheets standard production. Which means it does not breakdown to form molten droplets that can help spread the fire. Eco-friendly: A high percentage of recycled material is reused in the material recipe. It is 100% recyclable and may be reused again and again in the production cycle.
