The Metro Urban Toilet, a residential style 2-piece cistern toilet, is Neo-Metro's most popular product. This toilet is perfect for a residence or a commercial installation where a flush valve can not be used. Regularly Furnished: Residential (standard) Toilet features a small round access panel. Mounting holes are punched and threaded to accommodate a typical top mounted residential toilet seat. 1/4"-20 x 1" screws are provided by Neo-Metro. Seats are available through Neo-Metro and sold separately. Commercial (-PFS) Toilet features a large angular panel for easier access. Mounting holes are punched through to accommodate a typical bolt mounted open-front commercial toilet seat. Seats are available through Neo-Metro and sold separately. ADA Toilet complies with ADA seat height requirements (please check your local regulations as other ADA considerations may be required.). The Toilet has an ADA Compliant Flush Lever in lieu of a square manual pushbutton featured in the standard Metro Urban Toilet.
