The Calacatta model in the Classtone Collection has no doubt been the design that has received the greatest attention from the media out of the entire Neolith range as it has received important international awards for product design such as the Red Dot Product Design Awards and the Muuuz International Awards 2015, among others, which prove just how elegant and original the design is. Inspired by the best Calacatta from Carrara slabs available on the market, the Calacatta by Neolith model offers a design with a very well-distributed and uniform grey vein all along the slab which optimizes its use irrespective of the type of use or format. The greyish mesh with subtle hints of gold lies on a bright white background which brings light and vitality to the place where it is used. The Calacatta by Neolith model is unique in that it can offer two different esthetic effects when the slabs are placed in sequence: a Bookmatch effect and an Endmatch effect. This original characteristic offers architects and designers different ways to decorate a space using the same material.
